After that, no pro-rated refunds for the current billing period — but cancellation is one click and service runs through the end of the period you've already paid for.We try to make billing predictable: monthly charges, one-click cancellation, no surprise fees, no hidden overage tiers. Refunds, when they happen, are the same way — plain rules, plain process.
If you signed up for a paid plan and decide within 14 days of your first paid charge that the service isn\'t for you:

You can cancel any time from /account/:
If we billed you in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan applied, billing bug), email [email protected] with the Stripe charge ID. We will refund the erroneous portion within 10 business days, usually faster.
Service credits for downtime are governed by the SLA. During beta no credits accrue. Post-GA, credits are issued as future-billing discounts rather than cash refunds.
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us first, we will treat that as a payment failure and may suspend the account during the dispute. Please email us first — we resolve almost everything inside 48 hours when given the chance.
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe. Banks typically reflect them in 5–10 business days. We can\'t refund to a different card or bank account.
All charges are in USD. Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Any sales/use/VAT/GST you paid is refunded along with the principal.
